On 11/13/2018 STEVERSON AIR CONDITIONING, LLC, inspected the unit and ‘found system sustained damage…that caused refrigerant leaks and electrical components to fail’. They concluded that ‘the system will need to be replaced’.
In 2018, PEADEN also inspected the unit and provided an estimate to replace the damaged unit with one of equal size or power. Peaden’s estimate was $ 7,310.00. In 2014, ROUSSOS A/C did a tune-up inspection of the unit that also documents the brand, size, and type of unit
